Licenses & Regulations
Magnasale Trading Limited (“Magnasale” or the “Company”) is a duly licensed Cyprus Investment Firm established in 2015, regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) with authorization number 264/15. Magnasale is a subsidiary of Finalto (IOM) Limited and part of the Finalto Group. Magnasale also operates under the registered business name “Finalto Europe” whose website can be found at https://liquidity.finalto.com/eu/.

The Company operates under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus and complies with international regulatory standards. Due to its CySEC regulation, Magnasale is in accord with EU and the relevant MiFID regulation and is therefore, able to service throughout the EU.

Magnasale is authorized to provide several investment and ancillary services as these are published by CySEC in its official website, as follows:
1)   Reception and transmission of orders
2)   Execution of Client Orders
3)   Dealing on own account.
4)   Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments
5)   Granting credits or loans to one or more financial instruments, where the firm granting the credit or loan is involved in the transaction
6)   Foreign Exchange services.

Our philosophy
Magnasale is focused on offering investments services to professional and eligible counterparties through its B2B segment, acting as liquidity provider and hedging counterparty to a number of eligible counterparties and professional clients. Magnasale does not offer any services to retail clients. Being a service oriented organization, the company provides clients, both corporations and individuals, with multi-lingual support 24 hours a day.

Magnasale strives to provide the best service to its client and aims to offer the best prices, execution and liquidity. To that effect, Magnasale constantly searches new ways to incorporate new technologies into the services offered by having an in-house development team aiming to provide clients with the best trading experience.

Safety of Clients funds
Placing significant emphasis on the security and integrity of its clients’ funds Magnasale ensures that all clients’ funds are segregated and held separately from the Company’s funds (operational accounts) in accordance with CySEC’s laws and regulations.

Magnasale does not accept retail clients. Therefore, clients of Magnasale will not be entitled to participate in the Investor Compensation Fund of the Republic of Cyprus for Cypriot Investment Firms.
